about my classes
I teach Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Budokon yoga and Meditation. I surf in between styles and inspirations from my various teachers. I guess I can say that my classes are fun! Smiling during practice is encouraged :) For me the vibe of the class is everything so I aim to create a safe yet playful environment during our practice. My teaching style is rather slow paced, I like you to feel the poses and the transitions between poses. I believe in movement refinement through slowness. In Yin classes, I like to talk about mindfulness, meditation and mind science for you to raise your sense of self awareness. The meditation technique I teach is Vedic based, using mantra or breath to slow down.

My Story
Seven years ago, after a long career in banking which spanned from Luxembourg to Bermuda Island and eight years in NYC in the middle, I finally made the decision to let it all go for Yoga. I was in London at the time and I was maxed out with the politics and ego massaging in the board rooms.
My yoga practice was my only breath of fresh air at the time, it was picking me up each time I was down, it had change my diet, my body, my mindset…It had brought balance into my life. Some of the important aspect of my life before Yoga became irrelevant and I started to see the world with another perspective. Yoga became an addiction, the first good addiction in my life!
I've since undertook over 1000h of Yoga trainings with various teachers from different lineages and gave my life a 360 spin to be a full time Yoga teacher. I absolutely love teaching yoga and meditation, privates and groups. I am honoured in many ways to have the ability to teach this science and help you feel better, move better and influence the way you see the world. I believe that adopting a Yoga practice is the best thing one can do for oneself.
My calling is to bring more yoga into people's lives which is also why I had created Yogi2Me, a platform allowing users to book experienced yoga teachers to their home in just a few taps which I had to close due to Covid-19. Now you can mainly find me at TriYoga studio in London.
MY Teachers
Stewart Gilchrist
GuruJi Stew.... Became my main teacher in London in 2013. He is my first teacher and you can find me in his classes/workshops in London. I graduated my first 200H of teacher training in Ashtanga - Vinyasa with Amanda Denton and Stew in 2015. I am grateful to have them both as teachers.
Jonni Pollard
Maybe the most useful training I took was my meditation training with Jonni and his venture 1GiantMind. The foundation of his teachings stems from the timeless Vedic tradition. I been practicing meditation daily since which has a profound effect on my life.
Martial arts meets Yoga, I love this slow paced practice and took my teacher training with Cameron and Melayne Shayne in 2020. Learn more about Budokon Yoga and start your journey with me here.
Yoga Beyond
I am so grateful for the 100h of training I recently completed with Claudine and Honza from Yoga Beyond. I love the Acrovinyasa practice for the relationships it creates between the base, the flyer, the spotter and the community.
BRIOHNY SMYTH - DICE IIDA KLIEN
My practice took another spin when I met Briohny Kate Smyth and Dice Iida Klein at their breathtaking retreat in Vietnam in 2014! I then took 200 and 300h of training with them in Koh Samui in 2015/2016.
Here is to my next training taking place in August 2022 with beloved teacher Ambra assisted by my dear handstand teacher Manu! I will be taking 50h of advanced yoga training in Italy and can’t wait for it!
