What is a Blue Zone?
Blue Zones are regions where people live significantly longer and healthier lives.
This part of Sardinia is one of only five Blue Zones in the world, known for its vibrant centenarian population. Their secret ? A harmonious lifestyle centred around nutritious Mediterranean food, strong community bonds and deep connection to nature, a perfect environment to reset your mind, body, and soul.

The house
Almost floating on the water, situated in a unique setting, just 20 minutes from Olbia Airport, the house is located in the renowned Blue Zone area. Recently renovated to a high standard, the property offers stunning views of the island of Tavolara. It seamlessly blends nature and comfort, featuring a private terrace, garden, and a heated pool. Guests can also enjoy an immersive nature experience with a private vegetable garden and direct access to the sea. The property is just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches.

The yoga progam
Start your day with a 2h invigorating yoga practice including pranayama, asana and meditation.
Dive in the Yin Yoga world for 75min each evening.
Expect one fun beach practice.
Our yoga deck is fully equipped, no need to take anything with you.

Getting to the retreat is very simple. The house is just 20 minutes from Olbia Airport. Taxis are available at the airport, or if you’d like to explore the area during your stay, you may choose to rent a car for sightseeing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Cancellation policy : Any Cancelation within 24h of booking will be fully refunded. Any cancelation post 24h of booking and up to February 1st 2026 will loose the deposit. Post May 1st 2026, any voluntary cancelation will lose the deposit + full amount. If your room can be replaced by a candidate on the waiting list, you will be refunded.
If the retreat needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to “force majeure”, you will receive a full refund.
Strictly no refund will be issued under any condition unless mentioned above.
