The beach huts have stylish interiors with either two single beds or a double bed, outdoor seating and lovely sea views.
They are perfect for sharing with a friend.

The yoga
Our host offers two beautiful fully equipped sea-facing yoga decks.
Each morning, I’ll host a 2h yoga class blending asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Evenings are dedicated to a 75-minute Yin session to slow down and turn inward.
Participants can book a complementary 20min yoga consultation with me during the retreat.
Classes are open to all levels, from beginner to advanced.
The food
Expect healthy vegetarian and plant-based brunches, dinners and snacks, which are all freshly prepared by experienced Ayurvedic chefs.
Meals are a mix of Indian and Western dishes, with plenty of choices.

Our retreat takes place on the tranquil shores of Palolem Beach, South Goa.
✈️ Airports & Drive Times
Dabolim Airport (GOI) – approx. 90 minutes from Palolem.
Private taxi: around £30.Mopa Airport (GOX) – the newer international airport, approx. 2.5 hours away.

🛫 Flight Guidance
Typical fares from London average £800 in economy with a stop over in Mumbai or New Delhi. Consider Air India, Virgin and BA.
Flight suggestion as of April 2026 :
Virgin Airline £840, departure Sat 27 from LHR at 18:50 via Delhi, arrival 13:40 at GOI. Return from GOI on March 7th at 22:50 via Delhi, arrival at LHR March 8 at 9:30am.
Air India £645, departure Sat 27 Feb from LHR at 8:30pm via Mumbai, arrival Sunday 28 Feb at 2:30pm in GOI. Return Sun March 7th at 19:20 from GOI, arrival Monday 8th march at 6:35 in LHR (via Delhi)
TUI offers a direct flight from London which is slightly more expensive or £950, departure Sat 27 Feb at 19:20 from LGW, arrival at GOX 9:50am on Sun 28. Return Sun Mar 7th 11:50 departure, arrival at 17:00.
💡 Tip: Booking to Mumbai or Delhi and then adding a separate domestic flight to Goa can lower the total cost, though it adds an extra connection and baggage re-check.
According to Air India, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays often show better value, while Fridays and Sundays tend to be pricier.
🪬 Visa / Entry
All guests require a valid e-Tourist Visa for India.
Apply only through the official government site:

Avoid third-party services that charge inflated fees.
A 30-day tourist visa costs around £20 and is usually approved within a few days.
Apply 2–3 weeks before travel, ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date.
Please check entry requirements before booking. It is each participant’s responsibility to obtain the correct visa in time.

*Cancelation policy :
All sales are final. In the event of a cancellation by the participant, all payments made are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person who can take your place for the same retreat and room type.
If the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, or events beyond our control), a full refund will be issued.
No refunds or credits will be granted under any other circumstances.
