What if you could trade grey skies for golden sand and spend a full week on the beach
This is your invitation to tropical Goa, where coconut palms sway overhead, warm ocean waves lap at your feet, and time moves at the rhythm of the tides.

Daily yoga & meditation —> Energising morning Vinyasa and deeply restorative evening Yin. Return home feeling grounded, not just rested.

Ayurvedic soul food —> Freshly prepared vegetarian meals that nourish from the inside out.
A sacred Puja ceremony & boat trip —> Experience an ancient blessing ritual and glide across Goan waters at sunrise or sunset.
Time that's truly yours —> Swim, explore colourful markets, book massages, or simply lie in a hammock and do absolutely nothing.

🛫 Flight Guidance
There is one direct flights from London to Goa with TUI airline, but several airlines offer smooth one-stop routes via Mumbai or New Delhi.
Plan to depart London on March 14 to arrive in Goa on March 15 in time for the retreat opening. For your return on March 22, allow generous connection time.
As of late October, example options include:
TUI Airline: depart LGW 14Mar 22:15 → GOX 15 Mar 12:45, return GOX 22 Mar 14:45 → LGW 23 Mar 20:05, approx. £945 return (economy).
Air India: departs LHR 14 Mar 13:30 → GOX 15 Mar 09:30, return GOI 22 Mar 13:30 → LHR 23 Mar 11:00, approx. £558 return (economy).
British Airways: departs LHR 14 Mar 16:15 → GOI 15 Mar 12:40, return GOI 22 Mar 18:55 → LHR 23 Mar 07:00, approx. £697 return (economy).
Typical fares from London average £600 in economy (direct with TUI is more expensive).
💡 Tip: Booking to Mumbai or Delhi and then adding a separate domestic flight to Goa can lower the total cost, though it adds an extra connection and baggage re-check.
🪬 Visa / Entry
